#550, 18' 5" x 7' 2", Shallow Vee

Lineage:

The first of these was built by Winninghoff Boats as a utility boat for transporting crabs in shallow bays and across a very shallow bar.  It is a low deadrise hull with relatively high cargo capacity.  For improved tracking, the hull has a pair of bilge skegs- a shallower draft option than a single, centerline skeg.  Despite the shallow draft, the forward sections have a decent amount of deadrise for comfort in a chop.
