Lineage:

This 34' design kit features a modified V with blunt bow above the chines, and was designed to carry 3,000 pounds of oil boom and 300 gallons of fuel at high speed.  The profile is loosely based on our 34' RockSalt, but the hull has substantially lower aft deadrise and is otherwise revised to accommodate the blunt bow and boom cargo.  The design was initially developed for Sound Marine.   Photos courtesy of Sound Marine.
